Stop Sleeve

The PowerStop can not be used as an arresting stop. It must be integrated into the construction or a stop sleeve must be used. Through the stop sleeve the final stop can be adjusted individually for each application.

Plastic and Steel Head

By using a steel head the surface hit with the load will be enlarged (minimization of the surface load). To help eliminate the noise, a plastic head should be used.

Cooler Nut

The operation temperature should not exceed 70°C. The stated values (energy absorption/h) are relating to a vicinity temperature of 20°C. If a short cycle time is required, the use of a cooler nut can be used. The energy absorption per hour can be increased to almost double its rated value.

Note: the maximum energy absorption per stroke may not be exceeded.

Bolt Pre-Supporting Air Curtain

Two requirements solved by one component:

• If the impact angle is greater than 2°, a bolt pre-supporting must be adapted. This allows the impact angle to be increased up to 30°.

• Applications with increased dirt volume, the use of the lock air adapter can be used. Low consumption of air and longer life are guaranteed.
