Shipping• F.O.B. - Barrie, Ontario, Canada • For US Customers - Please provide your Federal Tax I.D. • Please provide your company's UPS or FedEx account number. • Please Note: There is a 25% restocking charge applied to all items returned. • Minimum Orders• Intercon Automation Parts, Inc. has a minimum order requirement of $250.00 USD. • There is a non-refundable $25.00 USD processing fee for orders with a total less than $250.00 USD. This charge is to cover the cost to pick & pack your order, invoicing and the packaging material. We thank you in advance, for your understanding. • Customers may reach the $250.00 USD minimum order by combining products. • Shortages, damages and/or other discrepancies must be reported promptly in writing within 10 days of shipment. You can send your notification via e-mail (Shipping Department) or fax (705.726.2917) • Warranty• All returned items must be in returned in their original package, unused and have an authorized RMA number attached to the documentation. • RMA items must be returned to Intercon Automation Parts, Inc. within 10 business days. • Any product that is indicated as a “special” will not be refunded. • Refunds for returned products will only be approved once testing and inspection is completed. • There is a 25% restocking charge applied to all items returned. |
